Inner City Ducks, LLC is a proud partner of High Impact Sports and an implementer of the MasterFlow Training System™.

Our mission:
‍To use sports as a platform to teach inner-city youth life skills, foster hope and character, and inspire them to believe in their future and become leaders in their communities.

About:
Founded by Shakeel Nelson in 2019, the Inner City Ducks offers year-round youth sports programs for football and basketball. Since inception the Ducks have grown to over 200 youth athletes including both boys and girls!

MasterFlow Training System™ Player Scorecard:
Each Inner City Ducks player is evaluated at the beginning of the season and the Ducks coaches work with each player to improve their skills based on a STAR rating from 1 - 4.
At the end of the season, the players participate in a MasterFlow Training System™ Combine where they are evaluated for their final season scores!
